LuxSpaMassage – House Rules & Code of Conduct

Welcome to LuxSpaMassage. We aim to provide a serene, safe, and respectful environment for both clients and therapists. By booking a session or visiting our spa, you agree to adhere to the following house rules:

1. Appointment-Only Policy

• Clients are welcome by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins at our location.
• All sessions must be booked in advance through www.luxspamassage.nl or via official contact channels listed on our website.
• We do not accept phone calls for appointments or inquiries. The quickest way to reach us is through WhatsApp messages for booking or inquiries.
• The email address and phone number provided during booking should be valid and accessible. These will be used for sending booking confirmations and any communications related to cancellations, rescheduling, or updates about your appointment.
• This policy ensures a calm, private atmosphere and allows us to prepare your session with care.


2. Discretion & Privacy

• All client information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Personal details or session records will never be shared without written consent.
• Discretion is expected from both clients and therapists at all times.

3. Respectful Conduct

• Clients must treat therapists and staff with respect at all times.
• Touching of therapists is not permitted unless clearly allowed as part of the treatment. The therapist decides what level of contact is appropriate within the scope of the massage.
• Any form of sexual behavior, suggestive remarks, or inappropriate requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and possible ban from future services.

4. Right to Refuse Service

• LuxSpaMassage reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any client demonstrating disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
• If the therapist deems the client’s behavior to be inappropriate, or if the client acts in a manner that is disrespectful or aggressive, services will be immediately terminated. In such cases, no refund will be provided, especially if the therapist’s time or the booking time has already elapsed.
• If the therapist terminates service due to the client’s behavior, and the booking time has reached the halfway point, a 50% refund will be provided.
• If the service is terminated before the halfway point of the session, a full refund will be given to the client.

5. Hygiene & Health

• Clients are required to shower before receiving a massage, particularly for certain treatments like Tantra massage.
• In some cases, the therapist may offer a shower before the session begins to ensure a clean and comfortable experience.
• Clean, private shower facilities are available on the premises for client use.

6. Booking & Cancellation

• Appointments must be booked through www.luxspamassage.nl or our official channels.
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

7. Punctuality

• Arrive 5–10 minutes before your session. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatments.

8. Pre-Session Shower & Spa Enhancements
• For some treatments, a pre-session shower cleanse may be part of the ritual or offered for comfort and hygiene.
• Clean, private shower facilities are available for all clients.
• Fresh towels and personal care products are provided.
• Select sessions may include infrared light therapy to enhance relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing—adding warmth and depth to your massage experience.

9. Consent & Boundaries

• By booking any massage session at LuxSpaMassage or through luxspamassage.nl, you give your informed consent for the therapist to perform the session as it is described and offered.
• Each session is designed with the client’s comfort and the therapist’s professional boundaries in mind.
• Clients are always welcome to communicate preferences or stop the session at any time, and therapists reserve the same right.

10. Dress Code & Client Comfort

• Certain massage treatments may require the client to be fully undressed for the session to be performed effectively.
• Client comfort is our priority—you are always welcome to inform the therapist if you feel uncomfortable, and alternative options will be provided.
• Disposable cover-ups or draping are available upon request to ensure modesty and ease.
• At all times, therapists will maintain professional boundaries and appropriate draping techniques.

11. Booking Duration & Session Flow

• Please note: If you book a 1-hour session, the booking confirmation may show a 2-hour time slot.
• This is to allow flexibility in case you decide to extend your massage by 30 minutes or up to an additional hour, if available.
• We also include a 10-minute buffer after the session to allow you to shower and relax without being rushed.
• This scheduling approach helps ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for all our clients.

12. Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, MasterCard, PIN, and instant bank transfers (Tikkie or direct bank apps).
• Payment is due before the session begins.
• Please note: €500 notes are not accepted for security reasons.

13. Liability Disclaimer

• While we strive to create a safe and comfortable environment, LuxSpaMassage, its management, and staff cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage—material or immaterial—that may occur to visitors during or after their session.
• Visitors enter and use the premises and services at their own risk.

14. Agreement to House Rules

• Upon entering LuxSpaMassage, you agree to comply with all house rules and guidelines set forth by LuxSpaMassage.
